Hi good day my name is mr jhon, am in cameroon and my brother have to apply for a medical visa for china. I want to  know what document needed to apply for a medical visa thanks..

Jhon, your brother can apply for an S2 type to PRC for medical treatment. He needs to provide those documents including his passport and its copy, a completed application form attached with a passport-style photo, the diagnosis certificate from the Chinese hospital, the introduction letter from the ministry of foreign affairs of Cameroon, flight itinerary and bank savings proof.
