About:Hong Kong Airport Taxi

Is it possible to get a taxi at 5.15am from Popway Hotel, Chatham Road South to AE Kowloon?

How much does the taxi cost from Popway Hotel to Airport Express Kowloon Station (on a weekday)?
What time does the customer counters open & AE operates & can we check in our baggage as well?
Can we purchase the tickets at the counter?

Yes, you can take a cab to Kowloon Station. The fare may be around HKD 30.

The counter opens and the Airport Express starts at 05:53. Yes, you can buy the tickets at the counter. Passengers of certain airlines can check in their luggage at the station. You should confirm this with your airline company. Good luck! :)
