If a Malaysian bought air tickets travel from Kota Kinabalu to Guangzhou, and Guangzhou to Langkawi

Can apply Visa on arrival for staying from 14.10.16 to 16.10.16?

BB, I’m afraid not because it is difficult to apply for VOA. Only those who come to PRC for emergency issues can probably get VOA there. Considering your situation, I’m afraid you need to apply for an entry permit in advance for that.
