About:Special Services of Hong Kong Airport Express

Does Hong Kong Airport Shuttle Bus stop right in front of the Dorset Mongkok Hotel?

Or do I have to walk to find it?

Yes, after arriving at Kowloon Station, you can take free shuttle bus line K5 and get to the front gate of the hotel. BTW, the service hours of this bus line are from 06:12 to 23:12 at intervals of 12 minutes. :)
