Filipino citizenship, how to acquire for my daughter so she can study and stay here?

A Filipino married to a Chinese wife with a daughter almost 20 years old now. What shall I do to get her a Filipino citizenship?

If your daughter was born in the Phillipines but of Chinese nationality, she can get the Phillipines citizenship after making an oath to be loyal to the Phillipines. But she will abandon her Chinese nationality at the same time. But it is stil suggested you consult the embassy to know the certain answer.
