About:Chinese Embassy in Spain

I am a Nowegian passport holder resident in Andalusia, Spain. How and where do I obtain a VISA?

I am going on a cruise which visits China for one day only (20th February 2017)

Rainer, if the cruise will sail to a third country or region rather than the last one you come from after visiting China for one day, you may be able to enjoy the 24 hour direct transit and then you don’t need to apply for a visa, but you need to contact with the cruise ship company and confirm that.
