Songpan horse trekking

Hi

If I don't book a horse trekking service in advance, would it be available? For example if I show up at noon and request a horse trekking maybe half day or a few hours, will they be able to organise this?

If not, how can I enjoy the top view of SP on the hill? (I'm not fit enough to walk up the hill for hours.) Or is there any interesting Tibetan village I can enjoy walking around to kill my day?
