how to apply residence visa in china that not yet married to my husband having child1?

how can i apply a residence permit to china that we are not yet married to my husband bit we have already child? my husband have already permanent permit and my child also have already,please help me

Veronica, you can try to apply for the S1 type if your kid has the residence permit. You can provide your passport and its copy, the application form, a passport-style photo, an invitation letter from your kid, and copies of his passport and residence permit as well as his birth certificate. After, go to the embassy of PRC to apply for the S1 type.
After getting the S1 type, you can enter PRC and apply for the residence permit.
