About:China Customs Declaration

I moved to China last month and I want my family to send me one of my guitars.

However, I don't want to pay customs fee, as I will bring this guitar with me when I return home. What can I do to avoid the customs fee? Thank you.

I'm afraid you may be required to pay the tax. If there is some friends of you coming to PRC from your country, you can ask them to take it for you and the customs fee might not be needed.
