About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

No form I download has a box to write in for "Other" in section 2.2 (Intended number of entries)

I want to apply for a 10 year multiple-entry visa. But in 2.2 on v.2013 theres no place to "specify other".

Am I the only one with this problem? I downloaded the form from many different places and they all have the same problem.

Sam, I tried it as well. In the box right behind 2.2, there is "Other (Please specify)" option. You can write "Multiple entries valid for 10 years from the date of issue" in the box.

Henry didn't really answer the question. Some forms DON'T HAVE THE BOX for "other". But, I found one that does on the embassy website (as opposed to my regional consulate website).
