About:Marriage Registration in China

Marriage with Argentinian

I am getting married in China. Is the paper from the Argentina embassy, translated and certified by the Consulate good enough to prove that I am not married? Thanks. Sergio

Sergio, as far as I know, the Argentina embassy may not be able to issue such a certificate. I think you should get a single status certificate from the marriage registration office in Argentina and then get the certificate attested by the embassy of PRC in Argentina. In this way, it can prove that you are not married.
