I'm Indonesian,living in Sabah,Malaysia,'ll goto Shenzhen next year, Where can I apply China visa?

You can apply for it from the CVASC in Kuala Lumpur.

Hi Liz, I have the same situation as Michells.
Can my brother which live in Kuala Lumpur apply on behalf for me?

If you are not in Kuala Lumpur when making the application, then your brother cannot apply on your behalf.
