About:Year of the Horse

HI , my date of birth is Feb 25,1966 and my wife is born on Sep 9,1968

We been married for 13 year and have 2 wonderful children. She wants to buy a house. At the same time she was diagnosed with lupus and osteoporosis? Am I going to see that house coming anytime in the future?
