About:Baggage Allowance for International Flights

What food items can I carry from India to China on a work Visa (Type M)

Hi, I am a vegetarian and hence, worried about the food availability there, can you please help me on what is allowed to carry. For example, frozen food, ready to eat mixes, home cooked food, etc

Vrunda, as I know, one is not allowed to take milk products and fresh fruits and vegetables into PRC. If food you mentioned doesn't contain the above items, you can take self-use amount.
But there is really no need to do that. Almost all the restaurants in the country can provide vegeterian dishes.
