In-transit visa for a South African working in Japan (Shizuoka Prefecture)

Hi,

I'm going to Bali in December and will be travelling with Eastern Chinese Airlines with a connection in Guangzhou. I'd like to know where and how I can apply for this entry permit.
Thanks

Basani, if your layover time in Guangzhou is less than 24 hours, you will be able to enjoy the 24 hour direct transit. And then no entry permit will be needed.
