About:Harbin Weather

We will be in Harbin on nov 23-26, will we have a chance to see snow? 😄

Oh, according to the previous statistics, the temperature may range from -5 F to 15 F at that time. It may snow. The climate would be chilly cold. You need to prepare thick overcoats, down jackets, sweaters and pants.
