About:Ngong Ping 360

I will be staying at Hyatt Regency Shatin. I would like to go for this cable car ride.

Please let me know what would be the most economical way of reaching the cable car station from Hyatt Regency Shatin to avail this ride ? Please let me know the MTR route as well. Thanks a lot.

By bus: take bus line 74A from Lai Ping Road Station to Sze Mei Street, San Po Kong Station. Then, change to bus line 111 to HSBC Main Building, Des Voeux Road Central Station. The trip takes about 2 hours, and the fare totals HKD 19.2. Upon arrivall, walk south to Garden Road Peak Tram Terminal to take the tram.

By MTR: take MTR East Rail Line from University Station to Kowloon Tong Station. Next, change to MTR Kwun Tong Line to Mong Kok Station. Then, switch to MTR Tsuen Wan Line to Central Station. The whole trip takes about 40 minutes, and the fare totals HKD 16.7. Upon arrival, walk south for about 700 yards to Garden Road Peak Tram Terminal.

The second mode of transport is faster and cheaper. :)
