Are there any actual restrictions for visa to China when I also have visited Turkey several times?

How is the current situation?

Mona, I did hear somebody said that if you have visited Turkey before, your China visa application might be influnced, but no rules say that explicitly. So I can't give you an exact answer but I still advise you to have a try because you can't change the fact that you have visited Turkey. Good luck!
