What is the taxi fare from Harbin Airport to the hotel in Daoli district?

You may find taxi drivers will try and demand more, as they know that foreigners are usually tourists. Usually it should be 130-150 yuan (because of a 10yuan toll charge). I suggest having the money ready to show them, if you don't speak the language, and if you stick to your figure of 130, they will accept it. Don't be afraid to say no, and haggle!

Try the coach bus from airport to Daoli. Travelling time is not substantially longer as most of the route is in the expressway, except when it gets into the city. It should be about RMB30.

Traffic jam is insignificant but could be poor during festive season near railway station in the evening.
