Sarah, you are not suggested to change your job this year. Just stick to the status quo.
So, do you have a partner right now? If so, you are advised to spend more time with him this year in case that the passion becomes faded. In this way, a happy marriage life may come soon.

Sarah,
At the moment, transiting Saturn square your natal Moon, so you suffer from shyness, have unpredictable moods, and think mistakenly that you are inadequate. You are also melancholic, are stubborn, and you suffer emotionally a lot. Your confidence is not there, and you feel alienated. Don’t worry because in few months this transit won’t affect you anymore. At birth, you had Moon trine Saturn, so you can handle any situation. You work hard, are disciplined, and are a good as a group leader. You don’t meet people too much. You would make a good artist or a writer, and could write the best work of fiction in the world. You would do well in public relations, since your communication skills are excellent. An invisible hand rescues you from difficult situations, and you are aided by an extraordinary good luck. You believe that being independent is best for you. You never like to remember about the past, no matter if good or bad. Your urges conflict with your discipline. Your luck will improve next year, although marriage and having children may have to wait few years. Good luck.

Yes I am married for 5 years and my husband and I have dated for 16 years. Time is ticking on the age, so that's why we would like kids sooner than later.
