About:Huanglong National Scenic Reserve

Will huanglong scenic area be closed in November ? Is there any means to visit the place privately?

It will be open to individual visitors then. Will you start from Chengdu? If yes, you can take a bus to Songpan from Chadianzi Bus Station. The buses depart at 7:00, 8:30, and 11:30, and the fare is CNY 109. Upon arrival, take a bus to it. :)
