You may take a taxi to General Bus Station from the hotel for about CNY 10. Then, take a bus to Puning. Upon arrival, take bus line Puning 999 to Puning International Garment City. You mean Zhanlong Town, right? You can take bus line Puning 14 to it directly. :)

Hi, dear! General Bus Station is located at the middle section of Ronghua Avenue. It is about 2 miles to the south of the hotel. The taxi ride takes about 10 minutes. May you have a nice trip!:)
