You can take subway line 3 from the airport to Jiahewanggang Station. Then transfer to line 2 to Main Railway Station and line 5 to Xiaobei Station, Exit C. The whole way takes around 45 mins. And the ticket fare is CNY 7 per person. After arriving, walk north around 700 yards to find the destination.0
