Any airport shuttle bus from Nanning East Railway station to international airport?

If so, what is the operating hour, duration of journey and cost?

Yes, there are. You can take shuttle bus line 4 directly.
The service hours are from 10:45 to 19:00 with the frequency of around 45 mins. It takes around an hour. And the ticket fare is CNY 20 per person.
