Mohamed, as far as I know, in order to apply for spouse Q type for PRC, you need to provide these materials containing a completed application form affixed with a half-length color photo, your passport and its copy, an invitation letter from your wife, and copy of her Chinese ID card, as well as your marriage certificate.
