About:China Work Visa

i have a registered a company in shenzhen in 2015, i live in shenzhen since 2011,

i am an indian, post graduate, have company and business in india since 1993 , and company in hngkong since 2012, I have registered a company in Shenzhen in 2015-may , since 2011 I live in Shenzhen with business M type entry permit , every time I go india and get 6 month multientry entry permit, I rent a shop also here. can I get visa or living permit so I can live here for long time as some time I get double entry one, so for get new one, i have to go india every 2 month, as one time I can live for 30 days only.

As you said you have registered a company in Shenzhen, in this way, you can try to apply for a work Z type and the Z type will allow you to get a residence permit in PRC and live there.

As you registered a company in Shenzhen, you can apply for a residence permit for work (work Z type) under the name of the company registered. The residence permit is usually 1 year long with multiple entries allowed. There is NO limitation of each stay.
