Number of long distance bus a day from Dali to Kunming, thanks ?

Almost ten buses leave from Xiaguan Bus Stations to Kunming, and at the Express Bus Station, around 20 schedules are available. Among all schedules at the two terminals, the earlies leaves at 07:20 and the last one departs at 23:00.
