About:China Visa

z visa transfer details

need to transfer z type from company in shangai to beijing. it should be transfer in 30 days after work permit was cancelled in old company.what if it is not transfer in 30 days what i will be the penalty for that??

Venky, if you cannot transfer it in time, you may overstay in China after 30 days run out. In this case, you may be fined for overstay and it will also affect your future application. Thus, you’d better do it on time.
