Shenjiamen to Ningbo railway station

I shall be pleased if someone can tell me the travelling time from Shenjiamen Wharf to Ningbo Railway Station by bus. And what is cost if I take a taxi. I have booked a train at 11.31am from Ningbo to Xiamen and wonder if I can make it for the train if I leave Putuoshan at 7.00 am.
