Training Visa: How can I apply for the visa and what are the requirement?

Hello, I am from Shanghai and is in discussion for a joint venture with a restaurant in Italy to open a restaurant in Shanghai. This Italian restaurant will give training for up to 2 chef from China for a duration of 1 year. What type of visa to apply?

Henry, I’m afraid you need to apply for a work Z type entry permit. The required documents include your passport and its copy, a completed application form, a passport-style photo, alien employment permit and an invitation letter of a duly authorized unit. Afterwards, submit the required documents to the CVASC in Italy to apply for the worm Z type entry permit.
