About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Airline is going back from original destination for layover.

Canadian Passport holders flying from Manila to Beijing then Bangkok. Issue here is the Airline is going back from Beijing to Manila for layover. Am i qualified for 72 hours free visa. NC
