what is best option for 5 day stay for 3 members about hong kong octopus card?

We are a family of 3 arriving HK on 7th Oct. We want to travel from Airport to Courtyard Marriott Sha Tin and travel to Disneyland on 8th Oct and come back to Sha Tin Marriott same day. We want to do local site seeing on 9th and then check out on 10th morning and checking at Veniician Macau for 2 days. Will Octopus card of 250 HK could option and does that work for MTR plus buses and Ferries?

The Airport Express Travel Pass with one single journey costs HKD 250, and it is recommended to you. Apart from one ride on AE train, you can use it to ride free on MTR (except East Rail Line First Class, Lo Wu and Lok Ma Chau stations), Light Rail and MTR Bus (Northwest New Territories) for three consecutive days. After buying it, you can top it up, and use it on buses, ferries, taxis, etc. Have a nice trip!
