Take bus line 88M from Tsing Yi Road, Outside Cheung Ching Estate Commercial Complex to Kwai Yan Road, Under New Kwai Fong Gardens Station. Then, take MTR Tsuen Wan Line from Kwai Fong Station to Mong Kok Station. The fare totals HKD 12, and the trip takes about 45 minutes.

Or, you can take bus line 42A from Ching Tao House Cheung Ching Estate Station to Mong Kok Railway Station. The fare is HKD 6.8, and the trip takes about 50 minutes.
