Weather of Taiwan in Oct 2016

I am traveling to Taipei and nan tou from 14 to 22 Oct. may I know will there be typhoon during this period?

The current typhoon Megi seems to have weaken and the affect on the area is getting small. So it will be fine to travel by Oct. 14-22. Anyway, I still suggest you pay attention to the weather forecast in case.
