How much would be the rent a private car with driver from Shangri la (Zhongdian) to Yading

It is quite expensive to charter a car from Zhongdian to Yading, estimated cost is around CNY2000-3000 per car. There is also regular bus available between these two places, the bus departs from Zhongdian Passenger Transport Station at around 6am-7am in the morning and the ride takes about 10 hours. The bus fare is about CNY110 per person.
