You can take public bus no.704 from Changqing Park to Yingwu Avenue West Street.
After arriving, walk west along Cuiwei Road around 600 yards.

Or you can take a cab from your hotel to the temple directly. The cab fare is around CNY 30.
You can choose the way you like.
