Ground temperature at Nanjing and Hangzhou

Hi,can anyone tell me what is the ground temperature at Nanjing and Hangzhou during the period of january 2017.what type of clothing need to be prepare.thank you

The average temperature should be 35~45F. It can be very cold and you need to prepare some warm clothes, such as down jackets, thick sweaters, and boots.
