can i get student visa i got admission from chinese university

Hi I am somali citizen i have turkish permit resident. I want to get the X type as soon as possible because already the university started and which city should i apply istanbul or ankara

Since you have got the residence permit in Turkey, you can apply from there, but the application process may be not easy for you. You should go to the CVASC in Istanbul or the embassy in Ankara according to your residence address.
