About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Visa transit lounge opening hours

Hi,

1) Just wondering what time the visa counter office opens?
2) I will arrive at 0400 am with china air and I want to see the great wall and see a few places in Bejing before departing at 1930. Would this be possible?

1. KW, as long as there is flight arrival or departure, the transit counter office will be open.
2. It is possible.
