Dear experts... I just found some insanely cheap fare to SIN from chicago; however, the return flight requires some.... patience. Would I qualify for the 72 transit visa in PVG? i would fly to kunming, 4 hours, change of planes and then KMG-HFE-PVG, same plane and they finaly 20 hours in SH. Can i leave the airport or my itinerary does not qualify. I think i know the answer but i'm seeking a 2nd opinion. thanks you all

Dear, if the total layover is more than 24 hours, you need a visa. If not, you are eligible for the 24-hour direct transit.
