Can a 60+ years old man from warm tropical climate country withstand the cold winter during this month ?

Well, it will snow sometimes, and the temperature will be -20C to -10C then. It is bitter cold. You can withstand the cold winter if you keep warm. You should pack down jackets, thick sweaters, thermal underwear, boots, scarves, and gloves. Have fun! :)
