About:China Tourist Visa

English but living in France

Flying into Shanghi in March 2017 from Paris via Abu Dhabi, staying for three nights then cruising to Bejiing before travelling to South Korea and Japan before disembarkation at Hong Kong. Where do I obtain my visa? and is there an Embassy in Bordeaux that I could visit?

Ronald, you should apply for it at the CVASC in Paris.
Or if your stay in Beijing is less than 24 hours, you may be able to enjoy the 24 hour direct transit there. In this case, no entry permit will be required.
