I'm a competitive athlete and I wonder if I can bring my supplements with me.

vitamins, minerals, amino acids etc, all in pills form)
So I can continue training hard while I'm in Shanghai.
They are all legal in the EU, but I'm not sure about the situation in China.

You can take self-use amount of these pills into the country. But make sure you keep the original package to avoid the unnecessary misunderstandings.
