About:Marco Polo Memorial Museum

I am a nepali citizen,working as a internship from 18 month in china in student visa

Hello,
and more 6 month left to finish.After that i want to have working Z type without getting back to my country.
is it possible?what documentation process need to follow?

Bicky, it is possible to convert the student X type to a work Z type in PRC.
You need to prepare the required documents first including your passport, the application form, a recently-taken half-length color photo, temporary residence registration form, alien employment permit, and invitation letter from a duly authorized unit.
Afterwards, go to the exit and entry administration of the local PSB to change the X type to Z type.

Are you sure i can get Z type with two years of internship. certificates?
2nd case
In the completion of 2 years internship my visa validity will also get finish,then how can i stay more in china and process for Z visa?

I cannot assure that. All I can say is that it is possible.
Actually, you can start to prepare the required documents to apply for the work Z type one month earlier before your X type expires. After you get the work Z type, you need to apply for the residence permit within 30 days. In this case, it won’t be a problem and you can get it in time.

I am planning to change company and province also.
what documents should i collect from the company i did internship ?
and
what documents should i ask with new company which is going to hire me for job?
How many working days it will take for processing Z type?

You don’t need to collect any document from the company you did internship.
The new company needs to provide you the alien employment permit and invitation letter of a duly authorized unit.
It may take at least 7 working days to process the work Z type.
