Yes, the bus can wait at Huanglong, and wait for four to five hours before going to JZG. You can put your luggage onto the bus. Don't worry! :)

I plan to visit the Huanglong National Park right after exit the airport.

And after that go to hotel near Jiuzhaigou Hotel near the park.
