Are there any bus from Eastern Bus Station to Western Bus Station to get bus go Dali?

There is no direct public bus that operates between these two places. You can take bus no.237 to East Renmin Road and then transfer to bus no.919B1 to Western Bus Station. After arriving, walk to the bus station directly. Or you can take a cab from the Eastern Bus Station. It would cost around CNY 50 in usual time.
