Yes, you can take a bullet train from South Railway Station to North Xiamen Railway Station. The trip takes about 4 hours.0

You should book a ticket at most 60 days in advance. You can book the tickets through booking@travelchinaguide.com.
A second class seat costs CNY 150.5; a soft sleeper costs CNY 240. ;)0
