About:China Customs Declaration

Can I take Chia seeds into to China if so do I need to declare them?

M, generally, this kind of items cannot pass the custome. But if really necessary, you are required to declare them and show the related quarantine and inspection certifcates.

Sorry, for seeds, china government Customs need your china receiver have Agriculture 's department's special license ,then can delcare to china customs and registered your seeds info. on customs's computer's system , pay tariff and VAT tax , finally be released, if any not understand pls find me ask details on this feel free

Oh, if they are supplement, it is allowed to take and you'd better declare at the customs.
