About:China Visa on Arrival

if we apply china visa from malaysia can we travel from macau-zhuhai-shenzen-guangzhou back to hkg

Angie, the entry permit for mainland PRC cannot be used to enter Macau and HK, but if you hold Malaysian passport, you can enjoy free entry to Macau and HK for a stay of not more than 30 days and 90 days respectively.
In this case, if you get a mainland PRC entry permit, you can travel like that.
