hi, i arrival Taoyuan International Airport 22.30PM, there is no THSR already .

How to go Kaohsiung in the middle night if THSR already closed?

I am afraid that there is no public transport to Kaohsiung according to your arrival time. You may stay for one night, and set off for it on the next morning. Good luck!
